Arkive’s care information and AI-assisted tools are provided for informational purposes only. They are not veterinary diagnosis or treatment and do not replace a licensed veterinarian. Seek immediate professional care in an emergency.

Your account and content

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access credentials secure. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

Subscriptions

Optional paid features may be offered through Apple or Google. Current offers and pricing are shown in the app or applicable app store. Subscription management and cancellation occur through Apple or Google, as applicable.

Availability

Features may change as Arkive evolves. We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
