What to include

Include a brief description, your device platform and the Arkive app version when available. Never send passwords, authentication codes, store credentials, full payment details or unnecessary pet or medical information.

Subscriptions

Current offers and pricing are shown in the app or applicable app store. Subscription management and cancellation occur through Apple or Google, as applicable.

Care and emergencies

Arkive support is not a veterinary or emergency service and cannot diagnose or treat an animal. Contact a licensed veterinarian or appropriate emergency provider for urgent care.
